Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Supporting You, Every Step of the Way

At Merrill Area Public Schools, we care about the well-being of our employees and their families. That’s why we offer the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and LifeServices Toolkit —confidential, professional support available at no cost to you.

EAP provides consultation, information, and referrals to community resources for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Marital or relationship difficulties

  • Stress management

  • Parenting and family issues

  • Alcohol and drug use

  • Legal and financial problems

  • Grief and loss

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Adoption and education information

  • Childcare and eldercare

  • Identity theft and fraud resolution

Face-to-Face Consultation Sessions

In addition to unlimited, 24/7 online and phone access to master’s-level clinicians, employees can also receive up to three face-to-face assessment and consultation sessions per year, per issue for mental health and substance abuse concerns.
